摘要
目前,中医的发展遇到了瓶颈,表现在中医医院越来越西医化,综合性医院的中医科就诊人数日趋减少。随着医学科学技术的快速发展,中医的发展缓慢,已成为一个不争的事实。中医的不景气固然和其自身特征与现代文明的差异有关,也与政策限制过多、引导不足、思想不够解放有关。因此,提出建立像经济特区一样的试点"特区医院",应用灵活的政策来突出中医特色,解决西医疗效不佳而中医办法较多的疾病治疗问题,期望以此为中医振兴开辟一条新途径,并提出了一些运作设想。
Currently,the development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） is meeting bottle-neck.The TCM hospitals are losing their characteristics and diagnostic departments of the TCM in general hospitals are losing patients.It is an indisputable fact that as medical science rapid growth,the TCM lags behind with new medical technologies appear.This slow development is not only related to its own characteristics,but it is also a result of policy restriction as well as inadequate and inflexible guidance.Upon above,this article holds that specialized hospitals should be established.These hospitals highlight TCM and could deal with medicals problems that western medicine could not.In this way,the article hopes to provide some suggestions for the promotion of the TCM.
