四川省中小学实施阳光体育运动面临的问题及对策研究

The Study on the Problems and Countermeasure in "Sunshine sports" of Elementary and Secondary School in Sichuan Province

本文通过文献研究法、访谈法和问卷调查法,对四川省中小学实施阳光体育运动进行调查。研究结果表明:我省中小学有近1/3的学校没有实施阳光体育运动;各地中小学均不同程度的存在体育课被消减、挪用和挤占的现象;各地中小学体育课采用放羊式教学占有相当的比例;1/3的中小学没有执行《学生体质健康标准》等问题。针对存在的问题提出:建立对学校体育的专项督导制度;制定国家学校体育卫生条件基本标准,加大执法监督力度;政府加大对各级中小学校体育经费的投入,改善学校的体育场地器材等等对策。

By employing the literature methodology,questionnaire the survey procedure and the interview survey procedure,this paper does research on＂Sunshine sports＂of elementary and secondary school in Sichuan province.it shows that： Nearly one-third schools of Sichuan province have not carried on＂Sunshine sports＂;the school physical education is cut,embezzled and Crowd out of varying degree in many parts of the province;the laissez-faire teaching is also employed in elementary and secondary school＇ physical education in many parts of the province;one-third elementary and secondary school have not carried on Students Constitution Health Standard and so on.Then Some suggestions on solving the problems are put forward,that is,building up the system of supervision for school sports;making national hygienic standard for school sports;intensifying supervision of law enforcement;Enlarging the national investment in sports teaching for all elementary and secondary school;improving the school sports grounds and facilities and so on.
