肝硬化大量腹水患者的护理体会

Massive ascites in patients with liver cirrhosis Nursing

目的:总结78例肝硬化腹水患者的临床护理,提高肝硬化腹水患者的护理质量及治疗成功率。方法:回顾性分析2008年01月-2010年12月我院收治的78例肝硬化腹水患者的临床护理资料。结果:患者积极配合治疗、护理,74例肝功能恢复,腹水逐渐消失,未发生各种护理并发症,4例患者病情恶化死亡。结论:科学的护理措施可有效提高肝硬化腹水患者护理质量,促进患者康复。

Objective ： To summarize the 78 cases of liver cirrhosis in patients with clinical care and improve quality of care of patients with liver cirrhosis and the treatment success rate. Methods ： A retrospective analysis in January 2008 - 2010 on December 78 patients in our hospital clinical care of patients with liver cirrhosis data. Results：The were positive with the treatment, care,74 cases of liver function, aseites gradually disappeared,without any complications in all kinds of care,4 patients with disease progression died. Conclusion ：scientific nursing measures can effectively improve the quality of care in patients with liver cirrhosis, and promote rehabilitation of patients.
