当下时代在进步,人们对护理的观念也在不断提高,目前,社会提倡护理工作要人性化,即"以人为本",我们目的就在于给予患者人性化的关怀和照顾,最终提高护理质量。作为一名中医医院心内科的护士,在工作中我发现人性化的整体护理尤为重要,现在此做一些浅谈。
