魔芋大蒜多糖胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床疗效观察

目的:研究魔芋、大蒜多糖胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法:68例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组34例口服魔芋、大蒜多糖,对照组34例口服予999银杏叶片。观察两组药物对血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的影响。结果:在治疗高脂血症的临床疗效方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),在降脂疗效方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗前后该药品对血脂水平的影响具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:魔芋、大蒜多糖胶囊治疗高脂血症的疗效肯定,具有较好的临床应用前景。

Objective：Research on selenium-rich Konjac,Garlic polysaccharide treatment the clinical effects of hyperlipidemia. Method：70 eases of hyperlipi- demia were randomly divided into 2 groups ,Treatment group ,36 cases of oral Se Konjac ,garlic polysaccharide,the control group to 34 cases of oral Ginkgo 999. Observation of two drugs on serum total cholesterol （TC） , triglyceride （TG）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL- C） the impact. Results：Treatment of Hyperlipidemia in clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ,lipid -lowering efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）, before and after the drug treatment impact on plasma lipid levels were significant differences （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion：Se Konjac,garlic polysaccharide in treating hyperlipidemia certainly has good prospects for clinical application.
