儿童在颅脑CT扫描中的辐射防护

On Protection of Children against Radiation in Brain CT Scanning

自CT问世以来,儿童一直是CT检查的相对禁忌人群,但MRI和B超在儿童颅脑检查中的局限性使得CT到目前为止仍然是儿童颅脑检查的首选。国内外学者为了减小儿童在CT扫描中的辐射危害做了大量的研究,本人结合多年工作经验和国内外学者的研究做进一步探讨和总结。

Since the presence of CT, it has been treated as a taboo against children examination. Due to the limitations of MRI and ultrasonic diagnosis B in examing Childrenb brain, CT scanning is still the first choice to be made so far. Researchers home and abroad have done a lot to reduce the radiation hazard to children in CT scanning. This paper is a further study in this field and tries to make a conclusion on the basis of the author＇s own work experience and studies made by other researchers.
