摘要
综述了光质对植物组织培养愈伤组织增殖、诱导率及内含物的影响,指出不同光质对离体组织的作用不是简单相加,而是相互影响的。
The effect of light quality on proliferation,induction rate and contents in calli from tissue culture of plant was summarized and it was pointed out that the action of different light quality on in vitro tissue was not additive,but interaction.
