摘要
[目的]鉴定罗汉果花中黄酮苷元的结构,为罗汉果花的开发利用奠定基础。[方法]通过对所得黄酮苷元进行熔点测定、TLC分析、HPLC分析、红外光谱分析和NMR分析,对其结构进行表征。[结果]罗汉果花含有黄酮苷,且仅含苷元山奈酚。[结论]该研究鉴定出了罗汉果花中黄酮苷元的结构,这为罗汉果花提取物的开发利用奠定了基础。
[Objective] To identify the structure of flavone aglycones in Momordica grosvenori flower,so as to provide basis for the development of Momordica grosvenori flower.[Method] The obtained flavone aglycones were subjected to melting point determination,TLC analysis,HPLC analysis,infrared spectroscopic analysis and NMR analysis to characterize the structure.[Result] Only kaempferol was observed in flavone aglycones from Momordica grosvenori flower.[Conclusion] The structure of flavone aglycones are identified in this study,which provides basis for the development of Momordica grosvenori flower.
