川西獐牙菜种子萌发研究

Study on Germination of Swertia mussotii Franch Seed

[目的]对不同条件下川西獐牙菜种子萌发情况进行研究,为川西獐牙菜的种子繁殖奠定基础。[方法]对川西獐牙菜种子在不同光照、温度、pH值及植物激素处理下的萌发情况进行研究,并进行解剖学观察。[结果]川西獐牙菜种子的胚存在后熟和休眠的特性,5、10、15℃处理下早期原胚都能生长,在15℃下,施以100和200μg/ml的IAA28 d后即可使胚成熟。胚成熟后,在200和250μg/mlGA3的处理下,可打破种子休眠,使种子的发芽率≥95%。[结论]该试验得出川西獐牙菜种子萌发的适宜条件,为川西獐牙菜的种子繁殖奠定了基础。

[Objective] To study the germination of Swertia mussotii Franch seed under different conditions,so as to provide basis for the seminal propagation of Swertia mussotii Franch.[Method] The germination conditions of Swertia mussotii Franch seed were analyzed under different illumination,temperature,pH value and plant hormones treatment,and the anatomic characteristics were observed.[Result] Swertia mussotii Franch seed was endowed with characters of dormancy and late-maturation.Early proembryo of Swertia mussotii Franch seed could grow at 5,10 and 15 ℃;the embryo of the seed treated with 100 and 200 μg/ml IAA would mature in 28 days at 15 ℃;GA3 of 200 and 250 μg/ml could break the dormancy of seed,and the germination rate reached more than 95%.[Conclusion] The favorable germination conditions were gained in this study,which would provide basis for the seminal propagation of Swertia mussotii Franch.
