土地储备规模预测研究——以长春净月经济开发区为例

Study on Prediction of Land Reserve Scale

运用BP神经网络模型和灰色马尔柯夫模型对长春净月经济开发区土地储备规模进行了预测,确定了规划期内土地储备的合理规模：2010年为966~1159 hm2,2015年为963~1156 hm2,2020年为680~815 hm2。

BP neural network model and gray Markov model are introduced in this paper to predict the reserve scale in Changchun Jingyue Economic Development Zone,by which a reasonable scale of land reserve during the planning period is determined.And the reasonably scale is 966 to 1 159 hectare in 2010,963 to 1 156 hectare in 2015,680 to 815 hectare in 2020.
