江苏建设用地供给与需求趋势分析

Analysis of Construction Land Supply and Demand Trend in Jiangsu Province

在对建设用地供给与需求影响因素进行分析的基础上,着重从资源环境保护和社会经济发展角度分别分析了江苏建设用地供给与需求趋势。通过对江苏资源环境保护压力、耕地数量、质量及后备资源情况研究发现,江苏建设用地供给能力日益不足。通过对江苏经济发展、工业化、城市化和人口增长态势分析发现江苏建设用地需求旺盛。最后基于对建设用地供给与需求趋势的判断,提出了缓解用地供需矛盾的建议。

Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of construction land supply and demand,the trend of construction land supply and demand in Jiangsu Province was analyzed from the angle of resource-environment protection and socio-economic development.According to the research of resource-environment protection pressure,quantity and quality of arable land as well as reserved resources status,we found that the construction supply ability was insufficient increasingly.In addition,according to the analysis of economic development,change trends of industrialization,urbanization and population increment,we draw the conclusion that the construction land demand was blooming.At last,some advices on the alleviation of the contradiction of construction land supply-demand were put forward based on the judgment of construction land supply and demand.
