摘要
介绍了超灵敏小型回旋加速器质谱计发展过程中出现的电场渗透、真空条件对束流传输效率稳定性和同位素比测量精度的影响、空间电荷效应和X射线本底等特殊现象和问题,以及通过多年的观察和实验,寻找到的克服和解决这些问题的办法。
Several special phenomena and problems occurred on SMCAMS during itsdevelopment, such as electric field penetration, the influence of vacuum condition onthe stability of transmission efficiency and the precision of isotopic ratiomeasurements, space charge effects and X ray backgrounds etc. were introduced inthis article. The solutions based on many observations and experiments have beenobtained within the last few years.
