Research on the Financing Path of Farmer Professional Cooperatives

在分析农民专业合作社融资问题的基础上,提出改革农民专业合作社的制度设计、实现农民专业合作社股份的流动,以稳定内源融资;鼓励农民专业合作社参股农村信用社或建立农村合作金融组织,完善担保体系和农业保险体系,以利于外源融资;政府应为农民专业合作社融资营造良好的政策环境。

Based on the problem existed in farmer professional cooperatives financing,the system designing for reforming farmer professional cooperatives were put forward,and the liquidity of the stock of farmer professional cooperatives was achieved to stabilize endogenous financing;then,it should encourage farmer professional cooperatives to participate in rural credit cooperatives or set up rural cooperatives finance organization,and complete the guarantee system and agriculture insurance system in favor of external financing.In addition,the government should construct the good policy environment for the financing of farmer professional cooperatives.
