高职农林专业实践教学中运用PDCA模式的探讨

Exploration on PDCA Pattern in the Practical Teaching of Agriculture and Forestry Majors in Professional Colleges

为进一步探究高职院校农林专业实践教学管理体系,对农林专业实践教学现状进行了阐述,同时提出将PDCA模式运用在学生实践能力培养过程中,从而实现实习的良性循环。

This paper explained the current practical teaching situation of agriculture and forestry majors to make a further exploration on practical teaching management system of agriculture and forestry majors in professional colleges.At the same time,the paper also put forward that PDCA pattern can be used in the development process of students＇ practical abilities so as to achieve a virtuous cycle on practice.
