摘要
从壁面湿润的角度出发,阐述了干斑的形成是导致临界热负荷及稳定膜沸腾的原因。从理论上分析了干斑湿润过程中的自组织现象,阐述了过渡沸腾阶段出现突变和滞后的原因及条件。对流动稳定性模型理论和干斑模型理论给出了统一的解释。文章的理论分析与实验观察及实验测量相吻合。
New mechanistic description on the occurrence of critical heat flux (CHF) and stable film boiling is presented from the view of wetting construction. Self organized processes resulted from the interactions among dry patches are demonstrated. The conditions for the occurrence of catastrophe and hysteresis in transition boiling are investigated. The unifying explanation on hydrodynamic models and dry patches models is given. The present studies are in good agreement with the experimental observations from other researchers.
