论陈云20世纪五六十年代的经济体制改革思想

A Study On Chenyun's Thoughts about the Economic System Reform in Fifties and Sixties of the Twentieth Century

从新中国成立伊始到20世纪60年代初期,陈云在经济体制改革方面进行了艰辛探索。其经济体制改革的思想,主要体现在中共八大上提出的"三个主体、三个补充",以及1957年11月起草的《关于改进工业管理体制的规定(草案)》、《关于改进商业管理体制的规定(草案)》、《关于改进财政管理体制的规定(草案)》等三个文件中。这些,可以说是中国经济体制改革的较早尝试。同时,陈云还倡导农业经济体制改革。

From the foundation of PRC to early 1960＇s,Chen Yun did hard exploration in reform of Econimic system.His thougths of the economic reform were mostly reflected in the＂three subjects,three adds＂,wuhic was brought out in the Eighth CPC National Congress,and three documents which were drafted in November 1957,namely《requirements on the improvements of industrial management system（draft）》、《requirements on the improvements of the business management system（draft）》、《requirements on the improvements of financial management system（draft）》and so on.These can be said to be the early attempts of china＇s economic system reform.What＇s more,Chen Yun also advocated conducting Agricultural economic system reform.
