城区联合党校改革模式的探索与思考

Exploration and Thinking on the Union District Party School Reform Model

党校作为干部教育培训的主渠道主阵地,面临着深化改革、增强办学实力、提升培训水平的重要任务。湖北省黄石市积极推进党校改革,将四个城区区委党校进行撤并,成立城区联合党校,形成办学体制改革的"联合党校"模式。建立城区"联合党校",有效地整合了培训资源,提升了办学水平,提高了培训质量,但也存在管理体制不顺畅、培训实效不够强、培训经费无保障、运行机制不健全等问题,必须进一步探索创新,加大资源整合力度,完善培训运行机制,确保城区联合党校办学水平得到更大提升。

As the key position and principal role in cadres education and training,the Party School must reform and enhance the strength of running school and the level of training.Hubei huangshi advance reform of the Party School,dismantling and merging four District Party School,and establish union District Party School.The union District Party School effectively integrate training resources,enhance the Party school level and training quality.But there are also some problem,such as the management mechanism didn＇t smooth,the training actual effect isn＇t very high,the training treasury isn＇t enough,the functioning mechanism isn＇t perfect,and so on.So,we need bold exploration and innovation,strengthen resources integration,optimize training functioning mechanism,ensure the union District Party School level improved.
