独立学院学生体质健康调查研究

Survey of Students' Health in Independent School

近年来国内大学体质总体呈现下降趋势,独立学院作为大学生群体的一部分,在全国大学生已有一定的比例,他们在大学生中是一群不可忽视的群体。以广西师范学院师园学院为例,以2007、2008、2009连续三年体质健康标准测试中所获得的数据为样本,采用文献资料法,体质测试法,数理统计法等方法对师园学院大学生的体质健康状况进行综合评价、分析,探究影响独立学院学生体质健康状况的因素,为进一步提高这一大学生群体的体质健康水平提出了一些切实可行的干预对策和建议。

Physique of college students are declining in the recent years in China.As a part of them,independent college student is a certain proportion no one could not be ignored.This article analyses,evaluates and explores the reason how to effect the healthy conditions of independent college student using the methods of literature and test of physique with the samples of data which continuous collected from the tests of students of grade 2007,grade 2008 and grade 2009 of Shiyuan College,Guangxi Teachers Education University,suggests some practical countermeasures and advices to further enhance the constitution of the college mass.
