牙龈组织TNF-α含量的RIA及其与牙周炎相关关系的观察

INVESTIGATION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TUMOR NECROSIS FACTOR α IN GINGIVAL AND PERIODONTITIS

选取了 ４２ 例牙周炎患者和 １５ 例正常人作对照，采用放射免疫检测方法对牙周炎龈组织及正常龈组织中 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα含量进行测定，并分析其与部分牙周临床指标的相关性。结果表明：牙周炎组与对照组相比，有显著性差异。这说明 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα参与了牙周病的发病过程。 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα与临床指标的关系，进一步说明 Ｔ Ｎ Ｆα与牙周炎症程度及组织破坏有关。

periodontitis patients and 15 health controls are selected to determine the amount of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) in inflamed ginival and the normal gingival by RIA. The elations between TNF α and clinical parameters are analysed. The results show that the level of TNF α in inflamed gingival is higher than that in the controls ( P <0.01). The relationship between TNF α and clinical parameters indicate that the level of TNF α positively correlate to the degree of periodontitis and group damagement. It indicates TNF α may be one of the mechanism in the pathogenesis of periodontitis disease.
