废TBP/煤油热解焚烧冷台架试验装置的设计与运行 被引量:1

摘要 本文介绍了废TBP/ 煤油热解焚烧冷台架试验装置的设计、运行情况。本装置主要由配料系统、热解燃烧系统和烟气净化系统三部分组成。通过试验,确定了料液配方、工艺流程和主要工艺条件。在给定工艺条件下,TBP热解率达到99.9% 以上,固磷率也达99.9% ,对U、Sr、Cs的净化系数达106以上;装置设计符合规范要求,安全措施合理,累计安全运行达345 h。由于本装置为冷台架试验所用。 In this paper,the design and operation of a test device for TBP/kerosene pyrolysis incineration is described.The technological process and conditions are determined throught this test.Under given conditions,99.9% of both TBP pyrolysis rate and phosphorus fixation rate can be achieved,while the achieved clean coefficients for U,Sr and Cs can be more than 10 6.Design of the device meets required specifications with proper safety measure.The trial operation lasted safely up to 345 hours.Because this device is now only used for cold operation,radiation protection issues concerned should further be considered in the future work.
