纳米CaCO_3对动态硫化EPDM/POE性能影响

Effect of Nano-CaCO_3 on EPDM/POE TPV Properties

摘要 采用Haake流变仪制备了乙丙橡胶/乙烯-辛烯共聚物(EPDM/POE)动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV)复合材料并利用转矩-时间曲线分析了其硫化特性,主要研究了纳米CaCO_3用量对TPV复合材料的硫化特性及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着纳米CaCO_3用量的不断增加,硫化程度先稍增加而后降低;硫化速率随着纳米CaCO_3用量的增大有所降低,但幅度不大;随着纳米CaCO_3用量增加,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均呈现先降低后增加趋势;TPV纳米复合材料的其他力学性能在研究范围内均呈规律性变化,且在纳米CaCO_3用量为10~15份之间发生大的转变。 Nano-CaCO_3 filled EPDM/POE TPV was prepared by Haake plasticorder.The curing characteristics of TPV nano-composites at different nano-CaCO_3 content were investigated through torque-time curves.The effects of nano-CaCO_3 content on curing characteristics and mechanical properties were mainly studied.Results show that the curing degree increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of nano-CaCO_3 content while the curing rate declines slightly,but the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease and then increase compare to curing degree.Other properties also vary regularly in the studied scope and an obvious transit is found at 10~15 phr nano-CaCO_3 content.
