Properties and Microstructure of ABS/TPU Alloy

摘要 以热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)为增韧改性剂,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为主体材料,通过采用熔融混合制得ABS/TPU合金,对该合金的力学性能、热性能进行测试,观察了TPU用量对ABS/TPU合金的力学性能、热性能和微观形态结构的影响,并采用红外光谱对该合金的相容性进行了分析。结果表明:聚酯型TPU和ABS之间具有一定的相容性;随着TPU含量的增加,该合金缺口冲击强度和熔体流动速率明显增加。 TPU as toughening agent and ABS as base material,ABS/TPU alloy was mixed by melting blend.The mechanical and thermal properties of the alloy were tested,and the effects of the content of TPU on mechanical,thermal properties and microstructure of ABS/TPU alloy were observed.The compatibility of alloy was also analyzed by FTIR.The test results show that there is some compatibility between polyester TPU and ABS,and the notched impact strength and melt flow rate of the alloy increase apparently with the increase of the content of TPU.
