摘要
根据客户感知评估体系中业务质量分析需求,本文针对日常网络运营和优化的主要优化手段进行路测,定义了TD-SCDMA路测过程中的业务质量指标及其原因,以事件原因为索引,提炼重复问题事件,对路测业务质量问题进行精确定位,为网络运营提供了有力的支撑。
This paper introduces a method of daily network optimization-drive test, then define the common problem and reason in road test process. Combining geographical information, in cell ID for index, refining repeated problems, it makes engineers be able to orientate of the network optimization problem quickly and accurately and provides powerful support for the network operation.
