摘要
飞机上的电缆数量庞大,错综复杂,为保证飞行安全,提高测试速率,必须进行全机电缆完整性自动测试。其中,软件设计是实现这个庞大系统的核心技术。描述了一种分布式自动测试系统的软件设计方案。该软件采用多种操作系统,通过时序帧的设计实现了同步控制,并对每个功能测试步骤进行精细地分析,使得程序具有更高的执行效率。该软件设计方案实现了测试系统内部各模块间的时序控制,并实现了高度智能化的自动测试,能够满足系统的高效性、准确性和实时性。
The number of Airplane's cables is huge.In order to ensure flight security and improve testing efficiency,we must carry on the test on the entire machine electric cable automatically.And the software platform,which is designed to realize the huge system,is the core technology.This paper proposes a new kind of software platform for distributional automated test system.This software platform,which uses many kinds of operating systems,has realized the synchronization control using the sequence frame and analyzes every procedure of testing so as to improve the efficiency.This software platform proposal has realized sequential control over various interior modules of the test system as well as the intellectualized test automatically.The proposed platform satisfies system's efficiency,accuracy and real-time.
