摘要
针对当前汽车点火锁总成电气参数检测存在的可靠性和一致性差等系列问题,试制了电气参数测试仪。其工作原理是:利用电流传感器采集点火锁总成接触电阻的电流信号;采用四线制接线方式测量点火锁总成接触电阻两端的电压量,经信号调理电路后送A/D转换;32位微控制器STM32F101采用数据融合算法对采集信息进行处理,运用有限状态机方法进行触点通断逻辑判断。该设备实现了点火锁总成触点电流、电压、电阻测试,合格产品判别及产品技术参数自动保存等功能,具有一定的推广意义。
To solve series of problems in the automobile fire-lock performance test field,such as reliability,uniformity and so on,a new automobile fire-lock performance test equipment is designed.The operating principle of this equipment is as follows: The current and voltage signals of contact resistance are collected simultaneously by current sensor and four-wire circuit individually,which are converted into digital signals by 10-bit ARM with A/D converter.The data fusion algorithm and final state machine are used for information process analysis and logical decision individually in the system.The functions of this equipment include: To measure electrical quantities such as voltage,current,resistance,to discriminate qualified products and save parameters.It will be used extensively in the future.
