凋亡抑制蛋白XIAP与肿瘤化疗耐药关系的研究进展
Research Progress in the Relationship between Inhibitor of Apoptosis Protein XIAP and Chemoresistance
摘要
XIAP是凋亡抑制蛋白IAP家族中的最主要成员之一,在抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡中起着重要的作用,并已在多个研究中被证实参与化疗耐药。全文总结近年来XIAP与肿瘤化疗耐药关系的研究进展,着重从XIAP抑制细胞凋亡机制,以及针对XIAP的肿瘤治疗手段方面,阐述XIAP与肿瘤化疗耐药的关系。
