统一信息上报平台的实现

Implementation of Unified Information Reporting Platform

针对目前调度安全Ⅲ区系统中可能存在的数据上报模块分散、风格各异问题,设计并实现一种统一的信息上报平台。该平台可以将调度安全Ⅲ区系统中所有的上报模块集成在一起,通过电力系统软件基础平台的角色权限服务统一管理上报/查询权限,实现各系统各专业上报统一入口。该平台具有上报数据方式多样化、上报向导人性化、数据校验准确化等特性。该平台已在南网总调正式投运,得到了实际工程应用的验证。

To resolve the problems that may exist in the security area Ⅲ of dispatching system,such as scattered data reporting modules of various styles,a unified information reporting platform is designed and implemented.The platform can integrate all the reporting modules in the security area Ⅲ of dispatching system into the work routine.Through the role privilege management services in the software basic platform of power system,it can make full use of the privilege of reporting and searching.Then the unified access for data reporting of different systems and branches can be developed.The platform has many good characteristics,such as various ways of data reporting,humanity of reporting guide and high accuracy of data check.The platform has been applied in China Southern Power Grid Dispatch and Communication Center and proved available in the practical projects.
