摘要
针对多媒体传输过程中需要对视频数据进行压缩、编码和解码的问题,本文提出了一种硬件上基于DM642进行设计、软件上基于MPEG-4进行编解码的视频编解码器实现方案,MPEG-4视频和音频压缩编码标准的应用,有效地解决了视频数据量大与数字存贮媒体和通信带宽小的矛盾,大大提高了视频通信的交互能力和编码效率,解码后处理过程中采用的去振铃滤波器提高了接收数据质量.
Aiming at the compressing,encoding and decoding problems of the video data during the process of multimedia transmission,we propose an implementation of video encoder/decoder where the hardware is designed based on DM642 while the software of encoding and decoding are done based on MPEG-4.The application of video and audio compression coding standard of MPEG-4 not only effectively solves the contradictions between large amount of video data and small bandwidth of digital storage media and communication,but also greatly improves the interactivity of video communication and coding efficiency.The ring-removing filter used in the processing after decoding also significantly enhances the quality of the received data.
