摘要
针对某部级重点实验室的MTS液压位置伺服系统所具有的时变,扰动的特点,提出了模糊自适应PID控制算法,利用模糊自整定PID能对具有时变、干扰特性的被控参数取得的良好控制效果。仿真结果表明,通过对液压伺服系统位置的控制,实现了液压伺服系统位置能取得良好的控制性能,具有一定的推广价值。
Aimed at time-varying and disturbance characteristics of MTS Hydraulic Servo System in the key laboratory of ministerial-level,Fuzzy Self-tuning PID control algorithm is proposed.The algorithm takes the advantage of Fuzzy Self-tuning PID control algorithm for achieving perfect control effect on time-varying,noise disturbance characteristics of the parameters.Simulation result shows that this method obtains good control performance to the position,so the algorithm should be widely used in magnesium production process.
