摘要
目前油浸式变压器是电力系统中应用最广泛的一种变压器,其油纸绝缘性能的优劣直接影响变压器的电气性能和运行寿命,而微水是影响油和纸绝缘材料性能的一个重要因素。为有效分析电力变压器等主要绝缘中的微水质量分数,从而对变压器绝缘状态及剩余寿命进行有效评估,利用基于电介质响应的介电频谱法对油纸绝缘系统进行建模,测试油纸绝缘体系的介电谱,并讨论油纸绝缘介质响应测试过程中油隙对介电测试结果的影响,推导出微水质量分数随温度、频率变化的表达式。测试结果分析表明:油隙对测试结果的影响在10%以内,油纸绝缘系统的复介电频谱与其微水质量分数和温度之间存在函数关系,介电频谱法能有效评估油纸微水质量分数。
To estimate the moisture of oil-paper insulation,and to effectively assess the condition and remaining life of transformer insulation,the frequency domain spectroscopy measurements based on dielectric response method were used to model the oil-paper insulation system.Then the dielectric spectroscopy of oil-paper insulation system was tested to give the formula of the moisture.The influence of oil gap on the test results of oil-paper insulation response was discussed.The results show that the influence of oil gap on the test results is less than 10%,there is a function among complex permittivity of oil-paper insulation,moisture and temperature,and frequency domain spectroscopy method can effectively estimate the moisture of oil-paper insulation.
