1例初诊阴茎勃起功能障碍患者的循证治疗

Evidence-based treatment for one case of newly diagnosed patient with erectile dysfunction

目的借助循证医学的方法为初诊阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)患者制定合理的治疗方案。方法在充分评估患者情况后,提出临床问题,从Cochrane图书馆(2009年第4期)、Medline(1990年1月至2009年12月)、Embase(1 990年1月至2009年1 2月)和PubMed(1 990年1月至2009年12月),检索词包括:erectile dysfunction;impotence;treatment strategy;sildenafil;psychological intervention;metabolic syndrome;RCT;meta-analysis;systematic review。结果共检索出与不同问题相关的随机对照试验55篇,系统评价或Meta分析17篇。通过对检索结果进行分析,为患者制定了合理的治疗方案。经随访证实,该方案适合患者。结论采用循证治疗的方法,为初诊ED患者制定合理的治疗方案,可有效提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To make an individualized treatment plan by evidence-based medicine for a patient newly diagnosed as erectile dysfunction. Methods After clinical problems were put forward, evidence was collected from Cochrane Library（fourth is sue of 2009）, Medline （ 1990.1 ~2009.12）, Embase （ 1990.1 ~2009.12） and PubMed （ 1990. 1-2009.12） using subject words such as erectile dysfunction,impotence; treatment strategy,sildenafil,psychological intervention, metabolic syndrome, RCT; meta-analysis, systematic review. Results A total of 55 RCTs, and 17 systematic reviews were identified. A rational treatment plan was made by a serious evaluation of the data. After follow-up, the plan was proved optimal. Conclusion The treatment efficacy of ED can be improved by evidence-based treatment strategy.
