伊加欣配合五子衍宗丸治疗男性少、弱精子症的临床观察

Clinical study on treatment of patients with oligospermia or asthenospermia with the combination of Wuzi Yanzong Bolu and Yijiaxin table

目的观察五子衍宗丸加伊加欣片治疗少、弱精子症的临床效果。方法选择本院男科门诊确诊的少、弱精子症患者100例,服用:五子衍宗丸+伊加欣片+维生素E胶囊治疗3个月。于治疗前和治疗结束后进行精液参数及疗效观察。结果治疗3个疗程后,患者精液中精液量、精子密度、精子活率等有明显改善。结论五子衍宗丸加伊加欣能显著改善少、弱精子症患者的精液质量,提高血清睾酮水平,故是治疗男性不育症的一种有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Wuzi Yanzong bill combined with Yijiaxin table for treatment of patients with oligospermia or asthenospermia. Methods A total of 100 patients with oligospermia or asthenospermia was enrolled in the study. They were administrated with Wuzi Yanzong bill＋ Yijiaxin table ＋Vitamin E for three months. Semen samples were measured by the CASA, and plasma sex hormone were detected by RIA before and after treatment. Results There were significant differences in semen quality parameters before and after treatment. Conclusion The combination of Wuzi Yanzong bill and Yijiaxin table can improve the quality of semen, and increase the level of plasma testosterone in patients with oligospermia or asthenospermia.
