边缘型人格障碍与早年创伤性经历的关系研究进展

Relationship of Borderline Personality Disorder and Childhood Trauma

本文回顾了边缘型人格障碍与早年创伤性经历关系的研究文献,发现边缘型人格障碍患者遭受早年创伤的发生率高。这些创伤性经历包括性虐待、精神虐待、躯体虐待、情感忽视、分离、丧失、父母的过度保护和控制等;创伤的类型及其严重性与边缘型人格障碍的临床表现有一定的相关性,遭受过的虐待程度越严重,临床症状及社会功能受损也越严重。

This article is a review of the researches about the relationship of borderline personality disorder and childhood trauma.Most results indicate that the prevalence of the childhood traumas of patients with borderline personality disorder is high;these traumas include sexual abuse,emotional and physical abuse and neglect,separation;or lost of one or two parents,parental overprotect and control;on the other hand,these childhood traumas have great effect on the borderline personality disorder,the symptoms of the borderline personality disorder connected with the type and the severity of the trauma in certain degree.The more severe the maltreatment,the more serious the clinical symptoms and social functions.
