摘要
本文以本科生CDIO工程能力需求及能力形成为依据,构建了基于CDIO-CMM的工程型本科人才培养方案优化改进的基本理论框架。在分析CDIO-CMM模型结构和CDIO-CMM能力成熟度等级的基础上,详细讨论了基于CDIO-CMM的人才培养方案的基本内涵,包括培养目标、培养要求和课程设置,提出了基于CDIO-CMM的培养方案优化的PASA方法,详细论述了方法的基本任务和要求。通过软件工程本科人才培养实践表明,基于CDIO-CMM的人才培养方案优化有助于本科生CDIO工程能力的形成,能消除人才培养方案制定的盲目性,可有效提高培养方案的实施效果。
This paper establishes a basic theory framework of program optimization based on CDIO-CMM for undergraduate in engineering according to the undergraduates′ capability requirements and formation.Under the ground of analyzing the CDIO-CMM′s model structure and capability maturity level,the principal contents of undergraduate program are fully described,including cultivation goal,demands and curriculum.This paper proposes program optimizing method called PASA based on CDIO-CMM,and details the basic task and demands.The practice shows that the program optimization method helps to foster the undergraduate CDIO engineering capability,and to remove blindness during program establishment,therefore effectively improve the program implementation effects.
