摘要
大学、政府和企业的合作中,观念的冲突往往成为各方开展有效合作的阻碍。本文认为这种冲突的本质是单一行为主体视角带来的立场不一致造成的。为了解决这种冲突,首先应该建立起我们称之为"生态网"的组织间关系视角,以共同的愿景、完善的契约和合理的运行机制来实现合作。具体讲,就是要从合作伙伴的选择、沟通的加强、信任的建立、利益分配的合理化四个层面来消解观念冲突,建立协调机制。
In University-Government-Enterprise cooperation,conflicts usually becomes obstacle to effective cooperation.This artical considers that the nature of this conflict is inconsistent standpoint caused by single object′s perspective.In order to solve it,we should establish inter-organization relations as what we call "ecological network",firstly.By shared vision,better contracts and operating mechanism,cooperation will be achieved.Specifically,through these four methods,partner choosing,communication strengthening,trust formation,and benefit distribution,conflicts would be in control and cooperation would be better established.
