摘要
我国高等职业教育"工学结合"人才培养模式改革仍处于实践的早期,如何建立具体可行的机制来持续推进改革并取得实效成为普遍关注的问题。近年来,湖州职业技术学院从梳理"工学结合"人才培养模式的具体内涵入手,系统设计和推进以"学校对接地方产业、专业对接行业企业、师生对接职业岗位"的"三层对接"为基本途径的工学结合人才培养模式改革,取得了明显的实效。
Work-integrated talents training mode in higher vocational education is still practically under exploration in our country.How to establish manageable mechanism in order to continually promote the reform and obtain actual effects have become the generally concerned issues.In the recent years,Huzhou Vocational and Technical College has started with the connotation of the work-integrated talents training mode,and has systematically launched and promoted the reform of work-integrated talents training mode through the way of constructing ＂three links＂ between the college and the region.＂Three links＂ means the cooperation between the college and the region at three levels：the link between the college and the regional industry;the link between specialties and enterprises;the link between faculties,students and posts.This practice has been proved beneficial.
