摘要 在喀斯特温凉气候区对半夏进行5个不同播种期试验,以确定适宜的半夏播期。结果表明:半夏产量以3月8日播种的最高,其次是2月26日播种的;各处理内半夏鲜块茎粒数以中块茎最多,其次是小块茎,最少的是大块茎,可见在半夏产量构成中,鲜块茎直径1~2 cm的起重要作用;3月8日播种的半夏大块茎和中块茎粒数均优于其它处理,有利于提高产量;半夏总生物碱以2月26日播种的最高。因此,在半夏栽培中,不但要提高产量,还要兼顾总生物碱的积累,在喀斯特温凉气候区,宜在2月下旬到3月上旬之间播种。 In order to determine the optimum sowing period for Pinellia ternate, five experiments with different sowing periods were conducted to Pinellia ternate in karst cool-temperature region. The results showed that the Pinellia ternate was sowed on 8th Mar. had the highest yield, which was sowed on 26th Feb. had the second highest yield; in each treatment, the Pinellia ternate had the most number of middle fresh-tuber, the second most number of small fresh-tuber, and the least number of large fresh-tuber, therefore the fresh-tuber with diameter of 1 ~2 cm plays an important role in yield structure; the number of large tuber and middle tuber of Pinellia ternate which was sowed on 8th Mar. was higher than that of the other treatments, thus is benefit for enhancing yield; the Pinellia ternate which was sowed on 26th Feb. had the highest content of total alkaloids, so during the cultivation of Pinellia ternate, it not only should enhance yield, but also pay attention to the accumulation of total alkaloids. In the end, it can be concluded that in the karst cooltemperature region, the optimum sowing period for Pinellia ternate is from late Feb. to early Mar..
