增湿调制对芳香型香料烟各部位烟叶外观质量的影响

Effects of Moisture-increased Curing Process on the Outlook Quality of Fragrant-type Oriental Tobacco Leaves in Different Positions of Tobacco Plant

试验研究了香料烟调制棚内不同增湿方法和不同揭盖调制棚膜的通风方法对调制后烟叶质量的影响。结果表明,下部叶宜不增湿,调制过程宜早揭晚盖;中部叶入棚第3天加湿一次,入棚时将先入的那一头的膜盖严,另一头完全打开,过2 d换一次;上部叶入棚第1天、第4天各加湿一次,入棚后实行一头封闭一头早揭晚盖,3 d换一次,通过此种方法调制出来的烟叶外观质量较好。

The effects of different moisture-increased methods in curing shed and different ventilation methods in plastic membrane opening and covering shed on the quality of cured oriental tobacco leaves. The results showed that leaves in lower part do not need moisture-increasing, but the membrane need to be opened in the morning and covered in the evening during the curing process; the leaves in the middle part need moisture-increasing once in the third day since entering the curing shed, and the membrane at the entrance side should be covered tightly, the other side should be opened totally, then shift them every other day; the leaves in the upper part need moisture-increasing once in the first day and the third day since entering the curing shed, and the membrane at one side should be covered tightly, the other side should be opened in the morning and covered in the evening, then shift them every three days. The appearance quality of tobacco leaves was better when using the above methods.
