摘要
通过毒性试验,探究了扑草净对凡纳滨对虾和罗氏沼虾以及对养虾池两种常见沉水植物金鱼藻和轮叶黑藻的毒性。试验结果表明:罗氏沼虾对扑草净的耐药性要强于凡纳滨对虾;扑草净对金鱼藻的毒性要强于轮叶黑藻。应用扑草净去除凡纳滨对虾和罗氏沼虾养殖池塘中金鱼藻和轮叶黑藻等沉水性植物的浓度控制以0.02~0.89 mg/L为佳。
In this study, the toxicity of prometryne on Litopenaeus vanamei, Macrobrachium rosenbergii, Ceratophyllum demersum and Hydrilla verticillata were researched through toxicity tests. The experimental results showed that the drug tolerance of Macrobrachium rosenbergii to prometryne is better than that of Litopenaeus vanamei to prometryne; the toxicity of prometryne on Hydrilla verticillata is stronger than that of prometryne on Ceratophyllum demersum. Therefore, if using prometryne for weeding the submerged plants in culture ponds of Litopenaeus vanamei and Macrobrachium rosenbergii, such as Ceratophyllum demersum and Hydrilla verticillata, the concentration of prometryne should be controlled within 0.02 mg/L to 0.89 mg/L.
