广东科技金融工作的实践及对策研究

Study on the Practice and Countermeasures of Science & Technology Finance in Guangdong

科技金融是促进科技开发、成果转化和高新技术产业发展的一项制度安排。广东在推进科技与金融紧密结合方面做了大量的探索和实践。通过分析广东科技金融目前的发展现状和存在问题,从加强部门协作、发挥政府引导作用、完善融资体系、加强专业人才队伍建设等方面提出了广东科技金融健康快速发展的若干对策建议。

Science technology finance（sci-tech finance）is a system arrangement for promoting development of sci-tech industry and accelerating commercialization of research findings.Guangdong province has made great efforts to combine sci-tech with finance.This article analyses the development status and the key issues of sci-tech finance in Guangdong,and puts forward some countermeasures and proposals for development from the aspects of promoting cooperation between departments,organizing and guiding by the government,strengthening the financing system and creating a contingent of high-caliber people.
