One Step Three Spans to Promote the Efficiency of Government by Informatization Construction

紧扣政府信息化建设的内涵和重点,提出一个目标、两个基点、三个阶段的跨越式发展模式,并结合广东省政务信息化的现状和特点,介绍4种省级政务信息化的建设对策,同时指出这些对策对于提升政府行政办公效能、行政业务管理效能、政府决策效能和信息服务覆盖效能的促进作用,以及对政府职能转变和政府职能规划的推动和影响。

Based on the connotation of the informatization construction,this paper puts forward a development mode with one goal,two points and three stages of great-leap-forward.According to the status and characteristics of informatization of government in Guangdong province,this paper introduces four kinds of measures of provincial government informationization construction.This paper also points out the positive responses of these countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of government administration offices,administrative management,government decision-making and information services covering,and the promotion to the transformation and planning of government functions.
