The Validity Research on the Technological Innovation Service System——Take Hebei Province as an Example

将区域技术创新服务体系看作一个投入产出系统,利用DEA方法的思想,建立模型及其对偶模型,对其进行分析研究,来判定系统是否有效,并结合灵敏度(影子价格)的变化说明河北省技术创新服务体系输入指标变化对输出的影响,以更加深刻地认识区域技术创新服务体系的本质与内涵、资源配置情况及系统的效率,提出相应的政策建议,指导实践。

This thesis takes the technological innovation service system as an input and output system.By using DEA method,we can establish model and duality model,and analyze them to decide the validity of the system.Finally the paper combines variety of sensitivity（dual price）,to analyze the influence that import index imposes on deferent index,which will be advantageous to thoroughly know the essence,meaning,resource disposition and system efficiency of the technological innovation service system in order to bring forward corresponding advices and guidelines for practice.
