摘要
组织学习是管理理论与管理实践关注的焦点,而组织学习的研究局限于宏观层面,忽视了学习型组织的微观演化路径,从而阻滞了组织学习理论的整体发展。基于组织个体成员之间学习的视角,借助于群体演化的分析机制,可以实现学习型组织的微观演化路径分析,从而完善了组织学习的研究框架,同时为企业组织学习的开展提供了微观层面的理论借鉴。
The organization learning is the focus of attention of the economic theory and management theory.The study of organization learning is limited to the macro level and neglect the micro-evolution path,thereby blocking the organization learning theory as a whole.Based on the perspective of organization learning between individual members,the group evolutionary mechanism may achieve the path analysis of micro evolution of learning organization,which may improve the research framework of organizational learning,and provide the micro theory reference for our enterprise to launch the organization learning.
