下肢深静脉血栓形成和肺动脉栓塞统称为静脉血栓栓塞症,常被认为是一种病理过程的不同表现,是临床上常见的疾病。早期诊断对于疾病的治疗有重要意义。常用的诊断方法包括D-二聚体、血气分析、心电图、胸片、超声、放射性核素扫描、CT、磁共振成像、数字减影血管造影等。每种诊断方法都有其优缺点。

Deep vein thrombosis（DVT） of the lower extremities and pulmonary embolism（PE） are called venous thromboembolism.They are regarded as different performances of same pathological progress and common clinical syndromes.Early diagnosis is very important to the treatment.There are many diagnostic methods includes plasma D-dimer,artery blood gas analysis,electrocardiogram,chest x-ray film,doppler ultrasound,radionuclide venography,computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging,digital substraction angiography and so on.Each method has its own advantage and shortcoming.
