住宅小区公共配套设施建设及现状研究

Residential Community:the Construction and Utility of Its Public-supporting Service Facilities

住宅小区配套在提高楼盘档次、改善城市居民居住条件和完善城市新区功能上具有一定的社会意义。本文以广州市为例,通过调查和收集数据,对住宅小区公共配套设施的总体配置状况与完善程度及其地区分布状况进行分析,并在此基础上提出相应的改进措施,以求满足人们"享受生活"、"追求健康、舒适"的居住需求。

Public-supporting service facilities of residential community have a social significance for raising the high quality of residential community,improving residents＇ living condition and promoting function division of new urban areas.Taking Guangzhou for example,this paper investigates and analyses the constructive condition,the comprehensive level and the regional distribution condition of public-supporting service facilities of residential community.And finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and advices for its improvement to build healthy,comfortable and enjoyable living areas.
