儿童牙科畏惧症心理分析及对策

On Children's Fear in Dentistry and Its Solution

牙科畏惧症是指在牙科诊治过程中紧张、害怕、抑郁等心理状态,在行为上表现为敏感性增高,耐受性降低,躲避或拒绝治疗的现象。儿童是一种特殊的群体,心理发育不成熟,理解力、自制力较差,在牙科治疗中,儿童牙科畏惧症发生率比较高。本文对本门诊口腔科近两年185名6～12岁儿童就诊时表现出的畏惧心理作了分析并提出对策。

Fear in dentistry means nervous,fearful and depressed psychology,which is shown in the following behavior： high sensitivity,low endurance,escape from or rejection of medical treatment.As children are a special group whose psychology is not mature,and their ability in understanding and self-command is not good,so fear in dentistry happens more easily to them.This paper gives psychological analysis and solution to the fear in dentistry happening to 185 children aged 6-12 who have received medical treatment in our clinic in recent two years.
