摘要
为了满足市场对新一代高速高精度喷绘机的需求,提出了一套自行设计的基于计算机平台的大幅面高速度多喷头彩色喷绘机控制系统的实现方案,介绍了控制系统的设计思想以及各控制子模块之间的层次结构和逻辑关系,深入讨论了在系统实现过程中遇到的几个典型问题,并针对这些问题给出了具体的解决方案。经研究测试,该系统能够实现高速喷绘全彩色高清晰画面,目前处于业界领先水平。
In order to meet the market demand for a new generation of inkjet printer,this paper presents a self-designed computer-based platform for high-speed large-format full color inkjet multi-nozzle control system implementation of programs,introduces the design ideas of the control system and the structure and logical relationship of the slave modules,in-depth discussions with several typical problems in the system realization process and give some solutions for these problems.After research and test,the machine can improve the full color high-definition screen printing speed in the market-leading level.
