摘要
应用于LF炉的新型机器人自动测温取样系统。提升装置采用链式结构,利用机器人外部轴控制枪杆的下降和提升,精度高,控制方便。行走机构采取水平结构,利用机器人外部轴控制机器人的位置,从而使机器人抓取枪头及装卸枪头更加精确。液面检测装置利用高性能的传感器,给不同钢水液面进行准确定位。弹仓结构简单,方便人工装取枪头。整个系统维护方便,扩展性高。
LLF refining furnace adopts the new robot automatic thermometric sampling system. Hoisting device employs the chain structure, using the robot external axes to control the gun davit up and down, which is in high accuracy and easy to control. The slider employs the horizontal structure, using the robot external axes to control the robot position so that the robot can pick and unload the gun much more precisely. Liquid level detection device uses the high-performance sensor to exactly locate different liquid steel. The structure of the gun storage is simple and convenient for manually picking and loading. The whole system is easy to operate, of convenient maintenance, and of high scalability.
