摘要
运用专利数据的计量分析显示,一国的创新活动对该国的国际竞争力有正向的拉动作用,而且能产生较快的国际贸易效应;日本的创新活动对该国的贸易出口拉动作用比中国更显著。由此可见,在如今的高科技时代,一国持续的自主创新能力是提升该国贸易竞争力乃至国家竞争力的重要因素。中国亟需建设国家创新系统,大力培育以知识优势为核心的国家竞争优势,提升我国的整体竞争实力。
This paper verifies that a country's invention can directly promote its export trade,and its pulling effect is more visible than the total patents.It also indicates that the innovative activity in Japan plays a more significant role in enhancing its export than that in China,which shows that in the era of high technology,a country's sustainable ability of independent innovation is key to trade competitiveness and national competitiveness.China urgently needs to build a national innovation system,and makes great efforts to cultivate a knowledge-based national competitive advantage to improve its overall competitive strength.
