面神经炎患者瞬目反射和脑干听觉诱发电位观察

The observeation of blink reflex and brainstem audio evoked potential on the facial neuritis patients

【目的】探讨面神经炎患者是否存在脑干和其他颅神经损害。【方法】对83例面神经炎患者进行瞬目反射和脑干听觉诱发电位检查。【结果】83例瞬目反射(blink reflex,BR)检查均异常,异常率100%,其中BR异常反应面神经合并脑干或三叉神经周围段脑干段功能损害者共计24例(28.9%)。脑干听觉诱发电位(brainstem audio evoked potential,BAEP)异常反映面神经合并脑干损害或听神经损害共计34例(40%),其中听力减退2例(2.4%),脑干功能障碍32例(38.6%),完全正常者49例。BR与BAEP均异常反映面神经合并脑干、三叉神经或听神经损害共计34例(40.1%)。【结论】面神经炎不仅累及茎乳孔内面神经,还可累及脑干和(或)三叉神经及听神经,临床上应高度重视面神经炎脑干及其他颅神经的损害。

【Objective】 To investigate if there are any damage in brainstem and other cranial nerves in patients of facial neuritis.【Methods】 Eighty-three cases of facial neuritis were detected with blink reflex（BR） and brainstem audio evoked potential（BAEP）.【Results】 During all the 83 cases,there were 100% of abnormal BR.The functional lesion in facial nerve combined brainstem or trigeminal nerve peripheral/brainstem segment reflected by abnormal BR are 24 cases（28.9%）.The lesion in facial nerve bombined brainstem or acoustic nerve reflected by abnormal BAEP are 34 cases（40%）.There are 2 cases（2.4%） of hearing impairment,32 cases of functional lesion in brainstem and 49 cases（40.1%） soundly normal.Both abnormal BR and BAEP that suggested the lesion in facial nerve combined branstem,trigeminal nerve or acoustic nerve are 34 cases（40.1%）.【Conclusion】 Facial neuritis involves not only medial surface nerve of foramen stylomastoideum but also brainstem and/or trigeminal nerve and acoustic nerve.Clinically,lesions of brainstem and other cranial nerves in patients of facial neuritis should be valued highly.
